We are Fuji owners. The Japanese craftsmanship cannot be overstated. The wood jointing is incredible and unlike anything we've seen. There are quite a number of people that have spent years sailing the world in their Alden Fuji. Good catch! You sent me back to look. It is a stand-up station on the port side between the settee and aft cabin. You can catch a glimpse at 15:00 and again at 20:40. SeaDog is standing guard. It is too far from the cockpit, and stand-up does not make sense. Minus two? I would have designed it as in a number of other boats: Swap it and the refrigeration, and use the quarter berth for seating. You lose some drawers. Routing of coolant lines might be a slight issue.

There are thousands of Sailboats in Marinas in the San Francisco Bay Area. For the best views of San Francisco, most Sailors motor out to the the area East of the Golden Gate Bridge and West of Alcatraz Island (known as "The Slot"), sail North and South for a few hours and are home by evening and Boats are probably used one or two Saturdays or Sundays per month. In other words, they are rarely used and spend most of their time at the Dock.

@YachtHunters2 жыл бұрын
Yes that’s about right on the headroom… ketches or yawls are not much different than a sloop rig. Raise the Mizzen and go… most tack without any handling. The only time to deal with them is if it starts to really blow… and even then they help balance out the helm against the Genoa job
