Today, we are going to do an upper body workout. We are going to work on the arms (triceps & biceps), back, chest and shoulders. This home workout is no jumping and we will be on the floor the whole time! You'll need a elastic band or bootyband. You can also use dumbbells/weights. I hope you enjoy this workout!
