Hi Coach Angy ma'am! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 4 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully like you! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated

@@workoutwithangy Thank you for your guidance, Coach Angy ma'am! This is really really hard training for me! My MIL did this full lesson again powerfully. My mother-in-law told it is good to try to do with her everyday. She told me to see how brutal strong abs are and said to try boxing her abs and see. I did the punching but she didn't even feel it but my hands started to hurt 😟Is this also good exercise for me to do boxing? I want to be confident and strong in front of my MIL 😔

@@workoutwithangy Hi Coach Angy ma'am! Thanks for your encouragement! I tried the boxing workout. My MIL told me to do 2 rounds of 3 minutes each against her abs while she will stand in warrior position. I could not even manage 1 round of boxing as all my upper body and core started hurting as I felt I was boxing against rock! I really want to build up some strength and stamina!
