Las Vegas police identify armed man in deadly officer-involved shooting

Las Vegas Metro police released more information including a 911 call following an officer-involved shooting involving an armed man at an apartment complex in the downtown area.

The man that walked into the lobby called the police as well. I would expect him to do so. I can't imagen walking through a door to find someone with a rifle.
