I finally have some extra crafting mats for Link Decoder and some of the other cards I was missing from this deck. Definitely seems more versatile than Ignister, also looks better going 1st than pure Mathmech. Now I just have to learn the lines thru disruption

Notes: - Overall smooth climb. Only de-ranked once in M3 because of coin flips and some unlucky games in a row. - Win rate was around 70% until M3. - Coin flips were better than last season, but was rough in M3 and M2. Lost 4 flips in a row in both M3 and M2. - I played x3 D.D. crow until M3. I played ghost mourner for a small period of time in M3, but took it out quickly because I thought it was just worse than crow or thrust package. I changed it to the thrust package because my win rate against snake-eyes was actually pretty good and I needed help against everything else. Labrynth and pure Kash are horrible match-ups for this deck going 2nd and crow is not that good against them.

All you need to do is make sure the last card in the chain is the one you want the opponent to respond to. Also make sure you have your duel settings correct so you are able to pick the order.

Code talker. Ignister is fun but all you do is make arrival which doesn't do much

It really comes down to which play style you prefer. They are both competitive and can get results. I think code talker plays through ash/imperm/bystial better than ignister. Ignister plays through nib a little more consistently, has more room for non engine, can be played at 40 cards, and most people will probably find ignister to be easier to play.

If there are multiple cards that can chain make sure the last card in the chain is the one you want the opponent to be able to respond to. For example you usually chain codec first, so it can't be ashed. But you can also use this technique in reverse and play around Apollousa by ending the chain on codec and then cards like micro coder or inverted can be protected.
