I started to play a little "brain game" that I learned from "Restrained Brain Attention Methods by Larry Stephens" ...so when ever I feel I'm losing my focus on a task, I begin this "brain game" in my mind that reframes my attention and makes it way easier for me to finish the task at hand, instead of letting my mind "wonder off to some other random thought". It's not the same as visualizing, which is not as powerful IMO.

Due to car accident happening day before my 21st birthday (I’m 29 now) I suffered with traumatic brain injury resulting in impaired short term memory loss. I have been working on getting my brain powers extremely hard, I got healthy and managed to lose 50kg (gained 15-20kg back but for my 30th birthday I aim to be back in the healthier range possible) and with everything I have experienced I can say, THANK YOU! Dear BrightSide for sharing such information. It was devastating to hear that there’s nothing that may be done to help me!!!! Whereas I kept finding out about the methods you mentioned but nobody listened to me! Nobody was keen to help me with improving my memory and they’ve all just stuck a label on me. “Traumatic brain injury. Doesn’t remember. Won’t remember.” Sigh…

Feelings, emotions, poem, power, brain.... Strong connection with indians I can't find people of any other countries in tune with it... Have no emotions... if have emotions, then lack of sensations, etc... no contributions for nature... Many of us can't find the pure meaning of Humans within us. So people of other countries started to do research on India... But RESEARCH NEEDS little bit of technology, but we Indians didn't use technical support hundreds of years ago, we used our brain, our belief in 6TH SENSE, SENSATIONS, MIND POWER FAR SUPERIOR TO TECHNICAL POWER
