Just maintain your 16hr(+) fasting time and avoid processed sugar, that's the cure all.

@@sujarnaraisa1850 I'm not perfect, I'm still working at it, but one time I ate some pizza during my 8hr eating time and it didn't throw me off at all. Just stick with 16hr fasting time, get some exercise, and you'll feel better, that the goal, you feeling good about you.

@@PaulGreen11 it may works on ur case. by we human are different . normally it is told that carbs moderation is important. u can have pizza if u do intense workout & burn it. bt peoply who are not so active; pizza not for them

I found it harder to give up the oranges and bananas than maltesers. I was having a 4 orange freshly squeezed juice every day , smoothies with bananas and mangoes. Once I stopped the orange, banana and mango intake, assisted with cutting out sugar processed foods and high carbs it happened quite soon. My tummy lost all the bloating, reducing it to half its size anddddddd the anxiety I felt at 4.00pm every day for sugar dissapeared. It sucked though for two weeks until I saw the results, I also felt clearer in my mind and much more agile.

4 oranges and 1 bananas seems excessive. That’s a lot of sugar‼️ Why not cut back to 1 orange and 1/2 a banana? Everything in moderation without deprivation.

I do not consider avocados, coconuts, or olives to be fruits. that leaves basically berries and citrus fruits that we can consume on a very limited basis

Correct. Although you might get away with allowing a small portion of banana on special occasions. It depends how your body reacts.

I'm on a keto diet and I regularly eat rockmelon, watermelon, peaches, strawberry, and kiwi fruit, I've given up on apples and bananas, and grapes and oranges

I am on keto and I feel amazing! Never felt better. I also follow OMAD, so I only eat once a day now too. Lost all my excess weight. I found the trick was OMAD and finding new dishes that I loved.

Kinda misleading. While all those mentioned are technically the fruit of the plant they grow on when most people talk fruit they mean apples and oranges. There were only 4 directly editable fruit in this video. Thats what new keto converts are looking for!

Lol exactly! And to top it off those fruits are among the most with pesticides. In fact strawberries are the worst because they absorb so much of pesticides.

Idk why they say berries are low carb. Even minus the fiber my frozen berries are 11 carbs. Sometimes I don’t eat 11 carbs in an entire day. And every time I eat berries it throws me out of ketosis

Millions of people eat those fruits, just because you have bad taste (sweet taste) doesn’t mean everybody does, acid taste is better.

My experience suggests that the keto diet is over-hyped. A good diet ougt to be easy to follow and be healthy. Agoge diet is a great option, I lost a lot of persistent belly fat.

The "good diet" wasn't working for my Type 2 diabetes. Too many carbs. I'm doing Carnivore right now and my glucose level is going down. After a month I'll work in just a few veggies and fruits. Not much. When I become non-diabetic I'm going to celebrate by eating a couple of donuts!! 😁

Keto is a form of low carb diet and the 9 fruits listed can be low carb and thus low sugar but high fibre which does not spike your insulin levels, nor your blood glucose.

@@cool28990 There is a huge huge difference between natural sugar in fruit that comes with fibers, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals etc etc versus processed sugars. Keto is stupid, dangerous and a devilish fad. Processed sugar is no doubt very bad.
