we incorporate sled pulls and pushes for our open field sport athletes! We can also include cone drills that are specific to their sport!

So, there was this time I bumped into my teacher and dude was like a wall ever since then I wanted to be immovable And I also want to body people in soccer And push them away and be a strong defender So do you have any exercises for that ? Like what I should mainly train? I’m also trying to bulk and looking for foods that will help me gain weight
