I always vigorously shake my nail polish. The key to preventing bubbles: shake at the beginning of the set and allow the polish to sit for at minimum 30 mins in the fridge. I dont have air bubbles on my nails anymore.

If you get tips it may help u stop...all my sisters are/ were chronic nail bitters..tips helped me stop bitting cuz I did not want to bite all the way through the nails when I just got them done..that helped me stop..now I barely bite my nails...i sometimes do still put my nails by my mouth but do not bite them anymore unless I am biting a broken nail off..and I do not really wear tips anymore so it did help alot..it took me a couple of years 2 really stop..since i was use 2 biting all my life until about 10th grade..when I left high school I had stopped.

I stopped the habit almost instantly by wearing nail polish, since it tastes bad. You don't even need to keep wearing nail polish after you break the habit, but i do :)

When I paint my nails, I do wash them after removing my Polish, then I put on Hand Cream...When I want to paint my nails, I use a Nail Dehydrator to remove the oil and dirt from the surface of the nail prior to putting Base Coat on

You arent supposed to but most manicure sets contain one of those little V shaped cutting tools for slicing the hard edge off. I never cut mine. Just use remover and push them back. Keeping hands moisturized helps prevent hangnails.

As a decent nail artist in progress, I think cutting your cuticle is a healthy way to make your nail look better, and as well make it grow faster. Cutting your cuticle is a completely safe way to treat your nails as long as it’s not too deep.

My best advice for the whole drying process is to do your nails before bed that way you don’t have to worry about going anywhere once your nails are drying, and then wake up randomly and apply the top coat then go back to bed

If you do that then you are probably gonna smudge your mani and even if u let it dry partially then when you sleep all your hair print will come on your mani this is frm my own experience 🙂
