Thank you making this video. I bought my ropes a month and a half ago. They never moved from the box. I have an 18 month old daughter and after taking care of her all day I just didn't use them. This morning I woke up and said tonight's the night. I looked for your video which I had seen awhile ago.And I knew your video would be fun challenging and what I needed. So every night I'm using this video to meet a goal I have set for myself. I used to rope but I had a little one and just been enjoying being a momma🥰. Thanks again. Let's get it baby!!!!!💪🏽

Great video.. thanks for posting! I can't run or jog because I have a labrum tear in my left hip, I'm limited. Don't want to overctax my hip with Mike's of walking but I need to get my cardio and heart rate up. I found your post for beginners nothing over taxing for the hip. If you can give more Ideas to help me shed the extra weight, get my heart up and get ready for possible surgery, fit/healthier for life and myself using these ropes or any low impact workout I would appreciate it. Also my hip doesn't like lunges, I'm trying not to piss her off! thanks
