same! I've been working from home doing 10 min workouts here and there :) just a few times and notice a big difference- I can visually see my legs tighten up when doing these esp the lunge sliders- my new fave move!

Dear holly I recently found your workout regimen and I am really enjoying it I can’t see a difference yet - it has only been 3 days so unsurprising, but I feel a lot better. Just did my first workouts of yours due to the closing of my gym 😑 but I am happy since I found your videos! You asked if we like standing or floor workouts and I don’t think I can choose! I love both because my brain loves variety. Many times I get bored with the “20 reps + 3 sets” workouts so it’s nice to have something different. Thank you!

i honestly just subscribed and i love your workouts and i’m trusting the process. and i know we all have different bodies and i’m not trying to compare you to anyone but when i did the close ting i didn’t see no results much and it made me eat more. and right now i’m in a calorie deficit, so far i have done your smaller waist video and i love it, it always makes me wanna exercise more

Hi Holly you are looking fabulous;-) i actually loved the whole leg/ butt workout. Im nearly 57 have lots of bone damage in my shoulders it's call a vascular nurcrosis its a very painful disease but with your workouts im no struggling with them and try to do them everyday to keep fit. I am doing this for 7 days! Day 1: i didn't feel much, probably because i did a hiit workout before. Day 2: i felt the floor ones today. Pretty good. Day 3: sorry i didnt update but dont worry i did the workout. It doesn't hurt much. Just low impact kinda. Day 4: same old same old Day 5:

Love your short workouts.... Super helpful when your in rush or in everyday mornings before workout... Please do workouts you can do at work... I do your arms tones in 8 minutes..maybe there are some for butt legs and abs?:)

don’t do fire hydrants or exercises where you lay on the side and put your upper leg up. because then you train a muscle that you don’t wanna train as much when you want to avoid hip dips.

I’ve got a question about the diagonal leg lifts (when you stand on all fours) which way do you stretch out the leg. Saying I’m doing my right leg do I touch my left knee and stretch it out to the right or do I stretch it out to the left? I can’t tell by the video

diagonally away from your body, not crossing over the other leg. If you consider your legs in table position at 90 degrees your diagonal kick away is at 45 degrees
