Hell, I can vaguely remember the moments leading up to me seeing the trailer. I was around 4-5, I was holding the afformentioned cookie, and I just turned on my television. (I had left the DVD Player on while my grandmother and I went out) So when I turned on the Television to see THAT?! I wasn't all too disturbed. I really miss the online games that came with a lot of childhood franchises (Barbie, nick jr., playhouse Disney, etc.) that I just can't find anymore. I know they're not the most pressing piece of possibly lost media-if they even are lost media-but I wonder if it's possible to find them again
@SlapstickGenius232 жыл бұрын
As the games are made out of the now irrelevant adobe flash, you can’t play them anymore since a year back. That’s because the adobe flash format, while also associated with boring cartoons from the 2000s that aren’t properly executed, it is also easily prone to glitching a lot!

For those who don’t know, the plot of each episode is about Nina, who says she doesn’t need to go to the restroom and then, 3 seconds later she realizes she does need to go. The wiggles segment got me checking the lost media wiki about the wiggles. Apparently- Anthony Himself has shown interest in releasing some content on KZbin. I'm hoping for an Anniversary we get the 16:9 versions of previous films, especially Wiggle Bay, that's a classic.

@bossboy59702 жыл бұрын
Yeah Anthony announced in October 2020 that unreleased content would be coming to the channel. We got two unreleased shows in November and December 2020, but since then we’ve only got 1 thing which started fairly recently being the Latin American Wiggles TV Series. Which they post about episode of every two weeks. That’s cool, but we haven’t gotten them as frequently as we have been told and the main one everyone wants (that being The Wiggles Big Show. A live show The Wiggles did that was filmed in 1997 and aired as a special in 2000, has been found by them but has yet to be uploaded. Unless someone finds the original airing of that show, we might have to wait a long while before we get The Wiggles Big Show. However Anthony had said recently that unreleased content will come more frequently soon so I hope he’s right about that and j hope The Wiggles Big Show is apart of that, fingers crossed!

While we are talking about our Wiggly childhoods Personally I grew up during Sam's era and was a fan of the band for almost all of the 5 years he was there. Such a great time. The Shimmie Shake will always be a masterpiece in my eyes. I still had Greg tho. I live in the UK so at the time most of the DVDs for the show were of Greg videos. Most were combo packs like Toot Toot Plus Yummy Yummy, Splish Splash Big Red Boat Plus Wiggle Bay and my personal favourite Hoop-Dee-Doo Plus It's A Wiggly Wiggly World. Hoop-Dee-Doo and Wiggly Wiggly World are both in my opinion the peak of the Greg Era. My love for the wiggles went on a hiatus for around 8 years when I discovered the Modern Wiggles. I wasn't able to use Internet at the time and after Ukulele Baby they stopped releasing stuff in the UK so I wasn't made aware of The new Wiggles for a while but then my Mum surprised me for my birthday in 2013 with a message from The Wiggles. I remember being so upset because while I recognised Anthony I had no idea who the other 3 were. That's really where my love for the wiggles was passed until now because I've been watching a lot of it lately and I still love it. I'm even getting used to the new ones. Moral of the story is listen to The Shimmie Shake kzbin.info/www/bejne/bmaWkqOciNV-d80

From my understanding, it wasn't Disney that got rid of Wiggles, it was Wiggles not wanting to be associated with Disney anymore (for some reason), and the Imagination Movers were introduced to be a replacement that Disney solely owned.
@treasureforever88612 жыл бұрын
About that, The Wiggles felt that they weren't being treated with enough respect anymore. They felt that Disney weren't advertising them and airing them as much as they used to back then, which is why they ditched Playhouse for Sprout (Which btw, was founded by Playhouse founder Andrew Beecham.) As for the Movers, they aren't actually owned by Disney, Disney only owns their 2008-2013 series and other some other content. Like The Wiggles, the Imagination Movers were only partnered with Disney back in the day and did co-productions with them.
@bossboy59702 жыл бұрын
@@treasureforever8861 That’s not exactly true. That could be part of the reason, but the main reason I’ve heard is that Disney wanted to take over the Wiggles brand and the four guys decide (although tempting for money) that it wouldn’t be a good idea considering they thought what they were doing was exactly the right content that young children need and the move wasn’t necessary. So because of that, The Wiggles left Disney.

Ty so much for talking about handy Manny! You don’t know how much it means to me that someone finally talking about the missing pilot! Ty SupersonicQ! :) Also edit: At 12:53, I actually am a huge fan of Handy Manny (it’s actually one of my special interests cause I’m autistic) and based on my research some sources said it’s possible that this pilot could of been made in 2004 (which is about 2 years when the first official episode was released) so if I could make an official estimate on the actual release, it’s highly likely that it came out in 2005 but the production of the pilot could of started in late 2004 but like I said it’s alleged. Also while looking into this, interestingly enough. Someone (I don’t know if this user wants their username out there so I am gonna leave it as anonymous) actually found one of the cg artists for the pilot I believe named Kyran Kelly (based on my basic knowledge, they directed the pilot and did some of the cgi) and since they directed it, it’s very likely that he could have a copy of the original pilot on a tape somewhere but unfortunately I don’t think there is any way we could contact him to find out if he does and even if he does have an email or a phone number, as of me making this edit it’s kinda hard to find any kind of contact to him! But I do agree that it’s highly likely that this lost pilot would pop up again since it’s newish (well much newer compared to bear and the big blue house) so it’s possible! :) Edit 2: Apparently recently someone (not going to say their username since I want to be respectful just in case if they want to remain anonymous) had a magazine where it showed Manny’s original design which look wise he isn’t too much different compared to his final design however the style of him is quite different. (I think the best way to describe it is: It’s quite similar to the older designs of the Little Einsteins but with 3D if that make sense) and one mild difference besides the style is that in the final version Manny had only a red and white hat (with no logo on it what so ever) but in the pilot he had his shops logo on it and the logo is different compared to the final show which is quite interesting.

People seem to forget about Stanley? I remember that show in the back of my head. It's why I love animals so much!! ^^
