0:22 Chlorophyll benefits
Today I want to cover the fascinating benefits of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is the green pigment in plants. With the help of the sun, plants use chlorophyll to make energy. Make sure you include plenty of vegetables or wheatgrass juice powder in your diet to get the chlorophyll your body needs.
Benefits of chlorophyll:
1. It can counter the negative effects of consuming meat
2. It acts as a natural deodorizer
3. It can act as a blood builder
4. It has a lot of benefits for the skin (decreased photo-aging, decreased acne, and decreased oil in the skin)
5. It has anti-inflammatory properties and anti-cancer properties
6. It can act as a good antidote for ulcers
7. It can decrease appetite
8. It has healing properties for the internal skin of the body (sinuses, lungs, esophagus, and the inside of the intestines)
9. It contains magnesium (which is involved in 300 different enzymes, making ATP, and decreasing oxidation)

@@JCX-9 veggies are good for people that want them. Prioritization on fatty meat is more important than veggies imho. Many people don't tolerate them at all as they bloat and often go carnivore. Quality is important :) i hope your little man does well! :)
@JCX-9
@JCX-9 3 жыл бұрын
@@dana102083 i know we need more than just meat. Vegetables and fruits have live enzymes the body needs to thrive. We are omnivores by nature not carnivores. All you need to do is look at the teeth to know that. Cats of all kinds are carnivores that’s why they have those big fangs in the front of their bite. But even a cat will eat some grass at some point to help their digestion. If you have problems like bloating you need to look into what else is causing that it’s not the vegetable itself but other digestive issues.

I’ve been taking a chlorophyll supplement for 7/8 years. When I first started, I took the recommended dose on bottle. I had my usual blood work done and my doctor called and asked if I was taking an iron supplement because my iron levels were off the charts. She suggested I cut it by at least half. Hi Dr. Berg, I've been watching your youtube videos since 2018 and I've learned a lot from you. But I have a question if mccormick vanilla flavor is keto friendly? I just put it in my almond flour pancakes lately and it really tastes so good, however, I'm kinda worried it might have a little bit of hidden sugar on it, although they don't put it on their label, but maybe they put cornstarch on it or something with their artificial flavorings ingredients. I just used the artificial vanilla flavor and not the real one because it's so expensive. I hope you can answer my question on this. I googled it many times but I wasn't able to get the specific answer in there. Thank you very much. I'll be waiting for your answer.

I really like your videos , Have question on the greens. I follow a specific no carb /dairy/fruit diet : only eat eggs, protein like chicken, fish , paneer(indian cheese) and almost every edible leafs that grocery stores has and mostly raw or juicer with out even dressings. While the diet works out to drop the weight . This is leading to constipation :( . Also take supplements on B,C,D,omega,Daily vitamin, calcium-magnesium and liver detox. Any suggestions on constipation really helps.

Will you do a video on ways to increase Dopamine? I was curious what your thoughts were on if it’s safe or effective to take Phenylalanine or Tyrosine supplements. I’ve been taking L-Tryptophan essential amino acids for almost 2 wks & noticed big improvements in mood & sleep. But that’s more Serotonin related. I was curious about helping with Dopamine. I have a horrid memory, family history of Parkinson’s Disease, some depression & struggle with concentration & especially motivation. I’ve been working out regularly, eating better & taking vitamin D. But I was just wondering if there was something more I could do to help. I tried to look through all your videos but didn’t notice any mentioning Dopamine. I love your Videos, thanks for the amazing content!

Yes, sea foods are much more better, they are lighter for digestion as meat is so heavy and requires more stomach acid to digest which majority lack. If anyone wants meat it should be organ meat max twice per week, anyway that is what I do, fish 2x / week while sea food 2x , I fast the remaining day. This hasn't failed me in over 27 years!

So I just started trying this supplement this week. I know it has detoxing effects, but does it also make you feel tired? I’m not sure if it’s related but I’ve been feeling really tired. And I think it started kicking in because I’ve been having an upset stomach and I did have vomiting. (Unless it was something else!) just curious! Thank you for anyone who has a response ❤️ I’m not sure if I should stick it through and keep contributing it, or if anyone had had a similar experience.
@MochaShirl
@MochaShirl 2 жыл бұрын
Sounds like it's making you detox too quickly. The tiredness is definitely a symptom of that. It also sounds like you are consuming way too much for your system to handle. Try cutting the dose in half. If that's still too much, reduce dosage even further. Once you find an amount you can tolerate, stay at that amount for a week or two. Then GRADUALLY increase your dosage. If none of this works, stop taking it. Not everything is for everyone.
