Clearing the DNS cache solved the problem for me. Windows: Command Prompt: Open Command Prompt as an administrator. Type: ipconfig /flushdns Press Enter. macOS (OS X): Terminal: Open Terminal from the Applications > Utilities folder. Type: sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder Press Enter. You might need to enter your password. Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, etc.): Terminal: Open Terminal. Type: sudo systemctl restart systemd-resolved.service Press Enter. For older versions or different distributions, you might use: sudo /etc/init.d/nscd restart or sudo service dns-clean restart.

Try updating your date and time. Odd thing to try I know, but it worked for me. I redownloaded Sonoma (boot in safe mode to do this, KZbin can show you how), then I fixed date and time and it worked. I learned about it by trying to use Google Chrome and it told me that’s what I needed. And I thought the same thing when I watched lol

I also have the same problem. After the sonoma update, i can't use my keyboard and touch pad but i have external mouse and keyboard. I'm using a 2017 Macbook Air

I am using Macbook pro 16inch(2023) with Sonoma OS and I am not able to make stable connection with 6GHz bandwidth of wifi even though my laptop supports it. With my Iphone I can successfully connect to 6Ghz option. Due to this connection issue even though I am on very high speed internet plan I am not able to take advantage of fast download speed on my laptop. I would appreciate if #CleanMyMac can suggest some solution.

This is not solution for that issue. I had it today and nothing from above mention helps me...I had to recovery to Ventura a then to Sonoma and install all apps from scratch.

When you downgrade to Ventura and then when you again move to Sonoma your problem with wi-fi never happened again? Cause i have same issue and just moved to Ventura

@@intima.kreativa I'm dreading this, but SONOMA has crippled my 16" MacBook Pro some apps just say no internet (I have 1gig fiber network) other are slow as all heck. How did it go?

Literally none of these did anything for me. Still exclamation mark over my WiFi icon, but the WiFi settings say I am connected to my WiFi network. Browser says I’m not connected. All my other devices are connected just fine.

Ahh for me is when I updated to Mac Sonoma and I rejoined back after updating I log in with pasword and stuff after that the screen when black accept the applications at the bottom and the setting at the top and I tired to connect to my Normal network it wasn’t even a network to connect with Mac sonama is a scam I retreated geting it😡
