25, I made an attempt at both a loving relationship as well training for my dream job. Unfortunately, I lost the relationship and washed out of training for dream job and went back to my current job. I enjoy my current job but I have just seemed to lost all of my willpower to attempt these things again out of my fear of failure and rejection. I have also just become more irritable and nothing really feels that fun to me anymore and its leading me slowly to complete isolation. Don’t really have any issues financially which I appreciate but I just struggle to connect sometimes.

I think the reason should be lack if information. Theres a saying that "an uniformed generation is an unproductive generation" and that is why My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Just turned 28 - my issue is a lack of purpose. I don't like my career, I've had burnout from sheer dissatisfaction and depression before, but keep having to go back for money. Haven't figured out what I want to do. It's impacted my progress in life. For example, I've been too scared to take a mortgage and get my own home because I don't know if another crash out is around the corner. I've avoided relationships because I know I won't be able to keep up effort. Every time I do crash out, I run back home to my parents like a lil bich. Then I get fed up, move out and repeat the cycle. I've become disconnected with all my friends. Some of them have entered the fatherhood chapter, some are bums who have settled for low skill work, some have become complete weirdos and are part of fetish groups. I can't relate to any of them. I'm about to move to a new city for the 5th time. Trying to be positive about it, but I'm filled with dread also.

I'm 29 and I definitely travelled a lot during my education where I have been to different parts of my country. I also experienced the pandemic during my Master's in Chicago (which was in a whole different continent for me). Although I'm glad that I had the best education possible, I feel like I couldn't build meaningful relationship because of my travels. I feel like I am left behind and don't really have any interesting stories because I played it safe so that my parents wouldn't get worried.
