Can you do one for pregnancy and postpartum? trying to find safe products is difficult.

Great video! The tmi is needed. Some of these young ladies don't have the mothers aunties and grannies that we did . Good to have media spaces that will tell the truth.

Thank you so much for these videos. I haven't had a red light in years. I keep an intimate bag at work. Booty wipes, small spray bottle of alcohol, portable bidet,Down there wipes, dry soft towels, underwear liners and change of underwear. Smaller bag in my hand bag with some of these items.

Not TMI, how about much needed for the young, inbetween and older. Straight, real talk. Thank you, Dr. Nina.💜

A bidet was HEAVEN when I had to prep for a colonoscopy this year. Highly recommend.

Ahh you making me really want a bidet, but I use bleach tabs in my toilet 😆. When I go to my friend's house, I enjoy using his bidet. Time for me to make some decisions 😆.

Great video, I keep a washcloth dedicated to the "back door" and I use ivory soap or mild cleaner to clean that area every time I shower. Aim the shower head to the back door to rinse well.

Very good! ❤ its ok to be reminded how to care of our “love below” and “back door”. I admit at my age of 42, there are things I can do better and I’m vowing to start.

@naturalbeauty9202 I’ll say this… I work from home so a lot of the time taking care of myself is forgotten. It’s ok tho, we know better now and all we can do is do better! We got this luv 💪🏽💕

@@iamchristinaleann3564 I work from home 4.75 days per week, so I get it. The one day I go into the office, I'm there like 3 hours, then I bounce, so I am a homebody, and I love it. I agree with you though...we got this. When you know better you do better, as the saying goes.

I am 66 y.o and totally enjoy watching Dr.Nina videos- I have learned quite a bit of information. She's honest, straight forward and keeps it all the well real along with providing extremely important information on so many different things. Her husband and baby Hunter has given her a new love for life and yet she still finds the time for the rest of us ladies. Thank you and I definitely will continue to eat and encourage my female family and friends to watch as well 🤗

After i had my daughter, i had to use a sitz bath tub to soak. That is something i have kept with me ever since. Soaking in warm water with a little acv or peroxide 2x times a week keeps everything so simply fresh. Question Dr. Nina... What is your honest opnion on these super long nails and women claiming they are cleaning appropriately.
