Coan is a kinetic genius. Not just a legendary lifter, but a font of highly technical information that can and will help any athlete.

It's true many elite athletes are surprisingly not knowledgeable

I find it REALLY interesting that no one talks about lifting the way Ed does. Super simple. One of the most practical gurus out there.

I love that Coan is a full time trainer or at seminars or doing podcasts now doing something he loves for a living. I hope he's making his money! So cool.

This is gold and not a surprise coming from Ed Coan who just like Dave Tate has generously passed on many nuggets to the community. I'm glad he emphasized the raising of the sternum to lock in the lats and the bent rows as an important accessory 👊

"Raise your sternum." That cue helped me so much. Feels much better than "raise your chest," which I had been using. Thanks Ed!

i remember reading pavel power to the people and he says the same thing there you need to be tight for every lift. i remember the book saying when even doing curls you need to be extremely tight through your legs and lats and you can curl more and it works wonders.
