Ok Ik I’m late but I’m pretty sure they are teens like 14-17 but in the 2019 I think they are around 16 and 17. I read online that Snufkin is older then Moomin by at most a year :)

I must admire the tight lip sync that the dubbers went for. It always makes the characters' conversations look more "realistic," even though the Japanese animators never obsess over each syllable. It's also fun to look at how the dubbers balance between lip sync and the contexts to make it work, especially at the first clip.

Trying to add sexuality to a cartoon for kids is something creepy if you yourself are even any older than 15. Grow up. Not everything is gay, and not everything is sexual even if hetero. No wonder people like you end up getting charged for groping kids
