First time I saw the episode, I didn't think it was asmr. I just thought Snufkin just knew a thing or two about hypnosis and used it on Moomintroll. Snufkin even said a typical hypnotic induction phrase possible for a realistic looking cartoon (Snufkin: Just watch the sparks as they dance and fly). That was just my interpretation of that moment, but still love the voice.

@@Vivigreeny25 That's actually just his character! He tends to avoid yelling, even when he's mad. Although... I like to imagine it's because he only really talks when he's in the valley or very rarely on his travels, so he has no real need to use his voice very often. He just grew up soft-spoken

And I'm Swedish, here. I've watched the Moomins in Swedish, English and Russian (Sovietian cartoons, weird design though) and one thing is for sure: If you're going to make a Swedish dub, make sure to hire Finnish or Finland-Swedish people for the job. That's at least what I understand.
