i believe that extra line from the steering rack goes towards the VSS, there should be lines from the rack that would connect to the VSS, in theory u can just delete those like u did in the video and loop the VSS lines to bypass

I just installed the power steering on my eg. Did your fitting thread all the way down on your low pressure port of the rack? Also, did plugging up that third port work?

None, its been raining pretty hard these last couple of days and I have some personal stuff going on in my life at the moment. I do want to finish the EG trust me lol
