When in tired . I get triggered because I can't seem to ACCEPT HOW TIRED I AM. .I feel that woooozy feeling when tired and it starts to mimic anxiety. And if course...symptoms make us panic . It's about NOT PANICKING ABOUT THE SYMPTOMS. accept that you're tired and accept that u will feel tired and weird. U won't die. U won't faint. It's so tough.

I think I’m in the early phases of passing through that state. I finally slept through an entire night without waking up with mild anxiety. Today the brain fog feels less noticeable. I struggle with this and I have pretty severe hypochondriac behavior and I have so much anxiety that then leads to me thinking I have things like MS or something and then I have more anxiety and then I feel extremely fatigued which reenforces the thought of me having MS and causes even more anxiety. Do you ever feel like your legs feel wobblie and so tired
@Jobrown391
@Jobrown391 Жыл бұрын
@@adriansalas5309 because much of my symptoms can be explained by other things exasperated by the anxiety. Plus if I really had MS I would have much less dexterity in my hands and feet. The truth is I never truly know if I have something or don’t. But instead of focusing on that fact and that so can’t control it. I try to focus on what I can control. I try to trace my symptoms and not pair them together. I just focus on one thing and come up with a likely answer for it. Like if I am feeling fatigued it could be the fact that I’ve stressed about this 24/7 for the past week. And if I am also feeling dizzy or my legs are feeling numb, maybe it’s because I have played sports my entire life and my neck has been hurting lately so maybe I pulled something. All these are better solutions to feeling in control rather than going straight to the unlikely idea that I have MS. The anxiety comes from feeling something and not being in control over the outcome. So, you have to focus on a narrative that puts you in control. And remember that even when something bad does happen that stress and anxiety from that only hurts you further. Worry about something that may happen only worsens symptoms. It’s better to focus on what you can control.

Fatigue is one of my major symptoms (amongst other symptoms). It's so easy to give in to the tiredness and just sleep all day. Usually sleep would help with recovering from sickness but not in anxieties case. I guess I need to try harder to push through the tiredness and get on with my day..

Hi Shaan, I'm really glad I found your channel. I've just received your "Fearless" report on my mailbox and it's very interesting. I'm not joining the facebook group for now since I made a break from the site and deactivated my account but what I see here on youtube is super helpful. I have a question: do you drink alcohol? I'm asking this because my first panic attack happened during hangover after few days of "partying" when I drank way too much. I found out there is a thing called hangxiety and I'm just curious if treating anxiety can come with ability not to feel like dying after drinking. It's not what I do often, but whenever I would drink 3-4 beers in the future I'd love to just be able to live through the next day like I used to, without constantly looking up my pulse and other physical symptoms. Have a great day and I think I'm on the right track!
@joser83111

Okochannel The reason a person gets a hangover after a night of drinking is the following: dehydration (low electrolytes) which leads to low blood pressure and even low glucose. These things make you feel anxious. If you plan of drinking, try to stay hydrated with gatorade and have a good protein/fat meal. If that doesn't help, you might be allergic to yeast in beer, which can cause headache, stuffy nose and anxiety. But if you struggle with anxiety just try to avoid alcohol or really limit the amount. Best of health to you!

I have that now too so with my anxiety mine is more like death thoughts and it’s really difficult because if you did something wrong or the person is not nice to you you try to harm yourself, which is not a very good thing. I’ve been actually taking medicine that my doctor has given me and I’m also having sleep problems And I’m getting tired too all the time what I noticed a lot is that my anxiety my bones hurt like my joint bones sometimes just bones are hurting me. Sometimes you get dizzy sometimes you feel tired a lot so it’s like you’re a little bit tired in the morning and then all day long all tired out And half my body does shake a lot and a lot of going on there. I don’t know why people like doctors. A lot of nurses and doctors are too busy. Focus on like say lupus or anything but you know that’s what it is you know and I also have learning disability so that’s fun.

I was progressing with recovery and I started getting this extreme fatigue and now I'm literally worried about that and focused on that so it's making it even worse and it's a hard thing to ignore because I am honestly tired but I've had all my tests done and everything is good I even work out everyday and seems to make me even more tired anxiety is the craziest thing in the world

Look into Adrenal fatigue (should be called limbic system dysfunction if you ask me) I believe our limbic system sends signals of fear to our adrenals which release the hormones such as adrenaline etc that we tell it to release subconsciously. All stress and anxiety related I believe (not a dr and not medical advice, just my input) love these videos

Hey, I’ve been watching your videos and I have one question; How do we deal with hopelessness which steams from not wanting to feel hopeless? I know it’s an emotion, but I have such a hard time accepting this and it causes me to fixate on this.

@Sebastian Figueroa thank you for the reply, I feel like I have it in the bag and then I get a relapse and it’s back to the ping pong match of when it initially happened. Though no doubt I have gotten better dealing with the relapses.

Shaan, what are your thoughts on stomach issues causing anxiety. There are things like SIBO, SIFO, h pylori, etc. These aren't commonly picked up by conventional medicine.

Good question. H pylori can be picked up rather quickly actually. About SIBO and SIFO, the answer is a bit long-winded. May make a video about it in the future.

I call it the stress hangover. Or a flu drunkness. It's one of my most bothersome symptoms. I feel like I'm this old busted computer with bloatware (biological anxiety) running in the background when I just wanna check the weather. It pisses me off tbh. 😂

you really charge people over 1k to fix their anxiety, if you ever went through this. you would never charge someone that much to get out of a hellish life, i’m not supporting you anymore

i bet theres a huge charge for this aswel.. nothing in this world is free..wake up people please.. anxiety is caused from 4 different reasons. 1st: trying to be to strong for too long.. 2nd: being in new circumstances. 3rd: guilt from the past. 4th: unfortunately its hereditary so its the chemicals in the brain ie serotonin. Dont be fooled by idiots trying to make a get rich quick method.. edited: yup..just as i thought ..money grabbers
