I have been feeling fatigued for years. I was diagnosed with colitis years ago and tried entivyo among other modern medicines. However, my love for natural healing motivated me to slowly eliminate my trigger foods. About a year and half ago, I found out that mold exposure a year before colitis diagnosis is the onset of my gut issues. My recent cortisol result is beyond low so I know my adrenals are overworked and over stressed. I cannot tell you how anxious I feel at every awaken moment. I truly appreciate your videos. Stay blessed

My inner child doesn't feel safe inside my own body. Every time I'm sick or feel unwell, my inner child feels threatened, and anxiety and panic launch. It doesn't help that I have chronic health conditions which cause many symptoms daily. I'm so exhausted. How do I cultivate a feeling of safety within my own body regardless of my health symptoms?

I had this fatigue yesterday picking up some things for my home and the feeling came over me and I got through it! But also, I feel like I did let some of it take over to an extinct. I did stay at the place and finished what i needed BUT i went home took a shower and got in bed! I felt exhausted. I think because I was trying to fight through vice facing it? Even though I did it still felt exhausted. This anxiety came upon me after my close cousin passed unexpectedly. Then I started to feel these unpleasant sensations. My home flooded on Dec 25th, we was displaced (my family) but we are home getting it all together. Now, I AM GETTING DEEP but I am just trying to convey maybe where this came from. Thinking just life caught up with me? I am really being conscious of the lower self. I will say it has got better. I have been listening to you for a while, and therapy in a nutshell because it WAS BAD! Lol daily I am getting better but I just need to get out of my head! Health anxiety is the worst! And I know for sure I am a clean bill of health per doctor. Thank you Dennis! I am more than anxiety, I AM A WARRIOR!

I can relate to all this i am becoming more conscious about my negative thoughts but i have yet to learn to change them to positive. The moment i become more aware of my negative thought patern and my anxiety the more thoughts keep popping up like oh God this is how my anxiety works what if it's the worse bla bla i do feel anxious but i say to my self i am going to have faith things will work out in my favour and one day i will believe in my higher self

Fantastic advice my friend. I hope myself and all those who watch this and are experiencing the difficulties of anxiety/depression etc find an opening and can begin to manage and ultimately free them self's from their lower self's.
@aamer793 Жыл бұрын
I do have a question if can be answered. how important is it to recognise the trauma or situation that developed the lower self to behave like this. I have tried to reflect so hard and think what or why I have become like this over 15 or more years and now its become so debilitating it has effected me going to work at all. can I disassociate from my lower self without knowing the "trigger" to its behaviour?
@TheAnxietyGuy1 Жыл бұрын
It’s more important to allow and accept the feelings that came because of the original or consistent traumas, than it is to recognize the exact events if you ask me. The problem is, mentally we try and ‘figure it all out’ which only adds to the tension that perpetuates anxiety. Instead, I would always recommend people to start with my mapping meditation which is working with the feelings and sensations by surrendering to them, holding up a white flag. From this level onwards intuition overrides the need for mental reflection: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d2LKY6RtqNqij5I

@@starlaminde8436 you are more than welcome! I hope you have the realization sooner than i did, That times like this define who we are, we can let it break us, or let it define the love in our lives. It took me a few years to come to That understanding. But the amount of love and new family in my life i found after all of this made me very happy. The amount of love and understanding and patience i can give is far greater than before all of these struggles i had. It might be hard to see now, but it's the truth. The love that's in the universe has a way of finding the broken hearted.

I actually had to giggle a couple of times when I heard you describing how many hours a day a week a month that I spend searching the Internet, reading things online reading books, how many notebooks I have filled and how many hours I spend writing everything down L O L always searching searching searching for the answers, the reasons, not just for the anxiety but for all of the health issues that I face. Constantly checking with my body how I feel what emotions I feel etc., I have dealt with anxiety for over 20 years, with years in between of none, to them suddenly returning seemingly out of the blue for several months at a time. When I have been in the states where I’m doing well, anxiety is not affecting me for a couple years that’s when I’m able to help others, and help guide them, inspire people and see the sides of me I don’t see when I’m in an anxiety season. Not all of my health anxiety is in my head and over the last few months I’ve had several diagnoses that require upsetting which triggered the anxiety this time. I am grateful for you, for all your many videos, that are bringing me back to focusing on ways to heal, and acceptance of my self and my inner child. Thank you for reminding me and everyone else that we are more than anxiety, and although at times it doesn’t feel that way it is the truth. God bless you for using your trials to help others become triumphant!
