Dang. . no joke. . I kinda sorta felt that rush of ammonia , through the screen, that Juji ripped! We both reacted the same way lol That 200pnd grip pull looks ultra difficult On a brighter note - Juji DID sound more recovered and not as sick. . UNTIL that massive ammonia rip that got him watery eyes and fiery throat ! haha crazy fella Good progress on Tom's 25pnd PR fart! \m/ ^.^

His legs overall look small proportionally. Many powerlifters are like that though, especially compared to weightlifters: less range of motion, much less knee flexion/extension, wider stance. He has great proportions and technique for sumo obviously.

Juji is in a state of pure bliss. He has bested Dr. Deadlift in grip strength. No easy feat I would imagine. I've watched most of his vids and one thing I can say for certain is Juji is competitive as fuck, but always humble about it. ......Dammit, I posted this half way through. After watching it all I'd call it a tie.

Hey Brother in Grip :) love the grip gauntlet episodes. Dr. Deadlift is strong on the hub. Impressive because he did not train it before. I think you can lift the 90kg on the rolling thunder, soon. Then you can do the Ironmind Crushed to Dust Challenge! I don't comment very often on KZbin because I watch 99% on my TV. But I think comments are important and I started doing this now after watching it on TV :) pro tip: do rolling thunder timeholds with 80 and 90% of your max. This will help you. All the best! Marco

This is interesting. How does human grip strength get activated? There must be higher activation in the muscles that control the grip during that 938 lbs deadlift, than in that fat bar lift with 355 lbs. Therefore 355 lbs and more should be possible for him. I believe he has grip strength but needs to train the skill of gripping things other than regular deadlift bar.

Mike Monroe he uses hook grip on his deadlifts it locks your hand in and doesn't actually rely on grip strength
