I started journaling my manifestations to this and then meditated after, with this still playing. 50 minutes in I felt like I was having a conversation with a higher being or spirit, like a familiar voice coming from the inside of my brain. I saw bright light (my eyes were closed) and it felt warmth all around me and like i could feel my whole nervous system. I started happy crying, i am 19 years old and was diagnosed with depression at 14 after a traumatic childhood, I’ve always been studying about religion and spirituality but I’ve never really believed in God, but more of a great universal energy. and that’s what i felt just now.

started to listen to this before I go to bed and sometimes to fall back to sleep. I am just starting my spiritual journey and I am learning a lot as I go. I did want to share my dream in hopes of seeing if anyone else has experienced something similar while listening to this video. 7/23: woke up in someone’s living room, I was laying on the couch and suddenly seen black shadows surround the couch I was laying on. the house was dirty and there was a guy grabbing stuff or moving stuff around from one room to another room. I seen many colors and felt my third eye open/center of my head receive something. felt a lot of pressure in the middle of my head. I was scared so I forced myself to wake up from the deep sleep I was in.

Lol coincidentally you described what I was doing last night have been sleeping on the couch at my parents while I'm here and was going back and forth grabbing things getting ready for bed and ended up listening to the same tone as this but a different video it was a akashic records one. Didn't experience anything to different from my normal lucid dreams but unfortunately the memory of most of them faded mostly except a few bits and pieces of the last dream before I woke up. I've already had my third eye open for quite awhile now tho to the point I feel the pressure in my forehead on a regular basis especially if I focus on it. The shadows would be a bit off putting because I've only seen shadow figures twice in a dream but I believe they were aliens in my case. Since I woke up paralyzed both times and was paralyzed before I woke up in the dream was just trying to move but couldn't I didn't really fear the shadow people but I couldn't focus on them I was in a state of fear of being unable to move like my body was asleep(pins and needles) and when I woke up I stayed like that for almost 5 minutes.

I tried meditating for 1 hr straight with this mantra. Honestly, couldn't keep my thoughts stable for long, could feel my body shiver and concentration blurring. But after i finished, I could see changes in me. I am calm, composed and most importantly happy. Definitely worth seperating 1hr everyday to meditate with this mantra.

So I closed my eyes and did a vizualizaiton excercise while listening to this. It felt like 5 minutes but in fact was actually 27 minutes. I'm not a very good meditater yet, I've been inconsistent in my practice and I get distracted easily so being focused for that long was very encouraging for me. I felt light and tingly for a moment when I was deep into it too. There really is something to this 963 hz music
