Thank you sir. This is my ECU and I greatly appreciate the repair. This actually did come out of an outback. I'm not sure if someone changed it before I purchased the vehicle or not.

Found exactly the same scenario with a number of same code flux. Smell, discoloration when hot and not having the same reaction to heat. Testing the colour of the solder after using the supposedly the same flux and I noticed oxidisation occurring differently. Another nice video and I love a good flux. I'm no gamer and to be honest when I say this I get a blank look as if I'm from another planet, gamers are a band of their own, nearly forgot to say about Musk, being British I love some of his comments as hits home and the Government doesn't like it.

Thank you, yeah, good flux seems to be hard to get now. As to Musk, well, he brought it upon himself so let him worry about what comes next, I hear he's got an SEC case on his hands now, gaming should be the least of his worries :)
