Very nice video, and words to live buy. I started slowing my baits down and I have in fact caught more crappie this way. Mite not be the biggest but I do catch a lot of fish. This is a learning experience for me and most real anglers it's fun learning these fish. Keep teaching and I'll be right here listening.

This has to be my problem. Just started crappie fishing 2 yrs augo. I'm a very patient person but did not know that you were suppost to do that. I've always been under the impression you have to throw, reel,throw,reel. This is a game changer for me to see this. Thank you for sharing this. I'm defintly about to try this.

Hey ol boy! Great video! I was just wondering, I watch Richard Gene, you, and another ol fella for crappie fishing. But my style of fishing is different than all of y'all. Today I caught over 80 crappie in 4 1/2 hrs by myself. 1 fish docks with livescope and I use a 13ft Acc crappie stix and a 8ft Acc crappie stix both only with a weight, a hook and a minnow. I tight line in the "smallest " gaps between boats and the dock. I don't cast I just drop straight down and lip em out! It's VERY effective but I never see ANYONE else doing it. Have you ever tried it? Love to hear what ya think and if u do this!

Yeah I've done something similar tightlining is just boring after you do it awhile not for me but definitely a efficient technique sometimes though the year

What size hooks you got on the 1/32 jig. #2 or #4. Or can You make them either way I want them
