My guests always get surprised when I serve them these Super Delicious Coconut Patties. Once you try this recipe, you will make it very often. ☺️
Ingredients:
1. 1 Cup desiccated Coconut
2. 1 Boiled Potato
3. 1/2 medium size Onion
4. 1 Green chilli
4. Fresh coriander leaves
5. Salt to taste
6. 1-2 tbsps of Chickpeas flour and Rice flour mixture (1:1 ratio)
7. 1/3 tsp Cumin powder
