Oils and sweat from hands wears out Alcantara/suede pretty fast, wearing gloves prevents that to happen. If someone, like in this case, would be driving my car (or dealership car); I'd prefer they wear gloves. I might not wear them when diving my car, but I don't want others to be the reason why my Alcantara is wearing out. It's also piece of mind. Respecting the owner's request also opens new doors, new opportunities. If the owner has more cars to make videos, I'd hand him the keys.

Thanks. I wish more exhaust videos had "living with it" part of the video. Sure I love hearing how it sounds WOT but I still have to drive my GT3 to trackdays. I'd like to get there without the headache. Ended up going with side deletes and keeping the stock center section on my 991.2 for this exact reason.

It absolutely does, i noticed the sound increase just going along with traffic. As I am not the owner as stated previously and like to keep my customers cars as close to new as possible for delivery I do not beat on their cars. It does work of the factory valve system, it does sound a little quieter when closed!

Couple of things to digest here. 1) I am not an American but Dutch native working and living in the states. My job is selling some of the best sports cars ever made. As this car was completely new and didn’t pass the drive in period I did not push the car at all. Customer allows me to drive his vehicle, I will not abuse that trust. Luckily the owner is very happy with his car and revs the absolute snot out of it nowadays. That being said it is probably easy to judge from behind a desk.
