This is still a good deal vs all the other card companies. May not be for everyone, but for some it’s a great offer. If you get 5% back on stuff you’re already going to buy at $50,000 it’s free $2500. Why wouldn’t you take it?

I think the Apple Card is the only card on the planet that doesn’t support the automatic download to Quicken. You have to download to a file and then upload that file to Quicken.

The best thing is it never asks you to call and verify when setting it up. I just exclude cards that require that, which eventually is all of them.

@@badam1814 Try downloading your transactions into a financial management app. Or business spending for tax purposes that takes into account the cash back aspects. The Apple Card is great as a substitute for cash, but if you need to track transactions for accounting or tax purposes, it's much easier to use a conventional CC.

I use the Apple credit card every day and I sometimes get one percent cashback on purchases. I did online or with Apple Pay, which makes no sense because it should be 2% at minimum if you go digital.

Some of us got hosed on the Apple Card with Apple Pay deal on Nike. Would still like my benefit from that deal that GS never gave us. So similarly, this offer is only been given to a few people. Not so great rewards program. You go to the Apple Card website and it says you're automatically enrolled! But then you scroll down to the fine print to see only certain card holders who received the email. 🙄 So yeah, more deceptive tomfoolery from Apple. But thanks for the heads up.

Apple Card cashback is based on the amount of purchase and paid out to you daily based on the purchases from that day. It has nothing to do with paying off your card or carrying your balance.
