watching even the first two minutes of this has shocked me so much because I didn’t expect to relate to literally every word you’re saying. I feel like this is where I am now, and seeing this is so special (?). Thank you for sharing this, you’re so inspirational and motivating, keep going my love 💖💕

You are so intelligent and mature for how young you are, in the nicest way. You see logic in the situation and are sharing it with the people who need to hear your words. I admire your strength and honesty. You're going to go so far, you have something about you that just shines and I'm glad you are fighting everything that is holding you back ❤

Your eyes looked duller in a way , like your soul was sadder . Even if things are sometimes HELLA tough you’ve come so far - your hair looks thicker and shinier , your smile looks brighter and quite often in photos on Insta your eyes are sparkling ! I know that so many people are insanely proud rn ♡︎♥︎♡︎♥︎

I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one who is a perfectionist about how and where I eat. I need to my food eaten and set up a certain way and I need to be doing something entertaining while I eat the food(when I eat alone) or else it’s a waste of a meal. I feel like my eating habits are so high maintenance! And the comment, “The way I count calories is like the way other people count sheep,” is so true. I would sit in bed after my workouts every night and just think about breakfast and how I should eat tomorrow, and how many calories I had burned from my workouts.

I am doubting whether I should go all in.. it feels like i am waiting for someone to tell me to go on and do it.. and to just eat whether i am really sure i am hungry or not.. i also struggle with doubting wheter to give up exercise... should i jist take the leap?

Hey there ! If you’re thinking it it’s a sign you should do it . It’s probably been a real long hard tough mental journey to get to the point you’re at now where you’re thinking about it , and you’ve suffered long enough . If the exercise you do doesn’t give you joy and you feel mentally drained doing it , then somethings not right ♡︎♥︎♡︎♥︎ you don’t have to give it up entirely though if you genuinely enjoy it . You have permission, and even if I wasn’t saying you did you’d have it regardless! You can do this and I wish you a long healthy life :)

I hope that you discover our living God within a church. There is a hole in each person's soul which only God can fill. Watch any Stephen C Meyer video, and feel the inspiration of knowing that we are not alone.
