I agree. I eat a lot of chicken thighs and whole chickens. Skin removed they aren't to far off from chicken breasts, macro wise. Skin on when crispy, bit of course sea salt, is to die for. Read a research paper some time ago talking about the benefits of chicken Skin on your health.

Best video I have seen recently! I have been struggling to eat nearly 200 carbs because I didn't realize how much I had to eat and what I had to eat. This made it super easy for me so thank you it was literally what I was looking for! I have to eat big to get big.

Hey man I just wanted to say I love your videos. I am 5’9 and 210 pounds. Been struggling with diet and have decided to go on a high protein diet and workout 3+ days a week. Please do more high protein low fat foods (1500-2500 Cals), they are very helpful and I am going to start today ! And continue to keep this amazing content coming! The food tutorials are amazing and if you can go even more in depth (in general) I would appreciate it! Love this vid and many 🙏🏾
