Was concerned when a number of them got one-shot by Margit and Godrick, and absolutely *struggle* with Rennala. And then they just cleaned house with Godskins as you said, Placidusax, Rykard, Stars of Darkness, doing better than most mobs put up against Malenia, and stalemating with Hoarah Loux. Weird how things work out. Destined Death is a hell of a drug (a drug in the same way cyanide is)

I thought the Vulgar Militia was gonna get rolled on a lot more than I expected. They're actually extremely formidable against most bosses. I was expecting Placidusax and Rykard to AOE them to death, but they actually beat them! I guess their combined Destined Death slashes really drain even the largest health bars, provided enough of them get close enough to land attacks.

I love how destined death can hurt rennala while inside the golden barrier. This makes destined death technically the most powerful damage in the game. I need to try killing her with destined death to test whether or not she has plot armor keeping her from second phase if i decided to not break the golden barrier

Based off the video, she does have plot armor. Her health was gone yet she continued to stay afloat until the sorcerer things were defeated. If your test shows that's not the case though, by all means come back and say so. I would love to know if the player has a different outcome from a random army of NPCs

@@KitsuneFyora yea i tried it and she has plot armor. And i tried rotten breath too and it does not damage her as long as the rot does not proc yet. So destined death is still better since if immune elden beast is the one inside the barrier (technically the rune of the unborn is his anyway), then rotten breath cannot hurt the amber barrier’s occupier. But destined death will still hurt elden beast. Anything that has a healthbar will be hurt greatly, even if there is high holy damage resistance

Giving Radagon a merciless beatdown only for them all to get zapped the momentt Elden Beast lets off its holy breath. Out of the bosses that were having none of it, Elden Beast was having by far the least of it.

Rykard is weak to everything. He's too easy to kill even without the serpent hunter spear. A decent bleed build, frost build or just spamming the black Knife DD ash of war, will kill Rykard in minutes.

You could have done 30 instead of 20, but no, you decided to make it fair and that's what I like to see but Don't notice in other vs videos, very good. What I do wish is for the Gideon fight to be like Radan's where enemies are far away where they are meant to be at. Both of those bosses have ranged attacks, specially Gideon, so I would appreciate if the enemies appeared at the otter end of the room similar to how we do when entering. Although I do appreciate what you did for Gideon this time, giving him an actual opportunity to do something, best video so far

I'm curious if the played can actually kill her either with destined death or with some weapon art that allows you to jump and inflict her with something like rot.

Yes actually ! I helped a friend beat her once and there were no golden children because he entered before I was summoned and that bugged the game. So there was just no way to get her out of her bubble, we tried everything. Until I started using the Black blade incant and it actually worked and damaged her through her bubble. And I was able to bring her into phase 2 with that :)

I have been farming them often, but one slip-up and you're dead :D They currently take 3 Rock Slings, the second always staggers them, but if you miss because of elevation, it's game over. I only farm the 2 I know can be safety taken out in one go without even refilling.

He's about right for a mid-game boss. His damage is on par with late game bosses; it's his health that brings him down- as it should be, after he took a Scarlet Aeonia to the face and remained standing, then proceeded to survive off nothing but Rotten meat in the coming years while carrying dozens of deep, untreated wounds on his back.

Ok, bear with me since i dont know the name of the area or enemy, but i think it would make a good video. You know that town area in consecrated snowfield, where you have to enter the evergaol, navigate the town, and light the fires on the 4 statues in order to reach the Haligtree? The rooftop archers from this area. They fire so quickly and are very accurate and do massive damage. Id love to see them fight bosses.
