​@Supercrafter3000 yeah its a frame trap from infront, you might be able to do it without crucible feather but it looks way too tight. it looks more consistent if ur at his sides (i think to his left but could be both) so you can roll/strafe the first swipe then second doesn't hit u. It means ur aggression is much more limited tho

@@holyknighthodrick5223 I'm using fist weapons quality build with bleed, I've spent 5 hours as well to no avail. I get to P2 without taking damage then I have no idea wtf is happening anymore everything is exploding and I can't see shit.

@@Lamren Try a respec into a high endurance and strength build. Just block everything with the fingerprint stone shield, then poke with a thrusting weapon so you can attack while blocking and make sure to upgrade the shield to get maximum stability. You can use a weapon with some status effects such as scarlet rot as well to make things easier. If you need something to help distract radahn, definitely use mimic tear. Avoid any summons as they increase the health so much. Radahn will also charge you at the start, so make sure you either use the bubble tear or use heavy armour + dragoncrest greatshield and pearlescant drake talismans to tank it. Vig 60 is the absolute minimum, and I recommend getting as many fragments as you can, I beat it with only 17 levels and a build less optimal than the one I specified here. Edit: I agree about phase 2, I couldn't see shit as well, the combos were too long, quick, too much AoE and sudden changes for me to want to bother learning it, blocking everything made the fight easy.

Yes it makes the ten times easier but it also removes the joy out of victory for some people (again it’s fine if you use these strats, it’s a personal choice).

god damn it ONGBAL you dont dodge the double slash either 😭for anyone hoping to find a way to roll it, you have roughly 16-18f to roll on its start up. if youre late youre getting hit by the second swing, but if you get the timing right you can roll all of it. not sure if theres a certain angle you can take to avoid it, everything else ive tried doesnt work. definitely easier to just deflect or parry.

On literally my next attempt, he just walked up to me and did it. Not as a follow up or anything, he ran at me and did the combo. It felt so personal.

i’ve been trying so hard to avoid spoilers but my recommended is FILLED with this boss and how hard he is. consort radahn is for sure about to bring about that same feeling of hopelessness as when i first fought malenia

fuck even though I knew you did it I was still holding my breath the entire time in phase 2. some of that stuff felt so unavoidable when I was fighting him. Great job as always, Ongbal
