Seeing this watch and then looking down at my king turtle Seiko, I think to myself, hell no I'm good.

Elshan got it going on. I have V1 of his True GMT (Miyota 9075) in a 300 M diver to boot. It has the subtle, meteorite dial….blue. Thanks for the review Shane. I don’t have a bronze watch……..this @ 38 mm is uber tempting!

Great selection. I like the teal / bronze and would throw on the gold bracelet. We need to recruit more watch lovers, so let your flag fly and don't be shy.

Excellent review Shane. The only negative for my taste is that oversized crown. Very interesting watch. I'm really like the softened hammered dials after getting the Islander Melville. I'm off to Zelos for a look see.

My wife loves it. She said it's the perfect watch for the active woman. On the other hand, my preference is minimum 42 mm.

well there is the 42mm version, but it won't have this dial.

A stainless 38mm version on a bracelet for $400 I would consider one. Unfortunately Zelos have become quite expensive over the last few years

This makes no sense, this watch is is $400 and they just released the swordfish in ss for $400

Would go with the 42mm because of wrist size. There is a different hammered color in 42, due prefer the dark blue one.

I had the original Aurora in 38 size. 42 was too big of a dial for me but I really thought it should be available as a 40 so I sold it. Kind of the reason I got the Hamilton Khaki King at 40mm instead of the Khaki mechanical in e8 or 42.

I think 40 would of been optimal. Seems like a big gap between 38 and 42.

@RelativeTime They need the CW approach from the Trident Pro 300 with sizes 38 40 and 42, but that's probably impractical for Zelos releases.

Looks great on that tan leather strap. Btw, what brand/model strap is that? I'd like to buy one.

It's an offbrand one I got off Etsy. www.etsy.com/listing/1287749179/togo-calf-watch-strap-gold-watch-strap

I don't get doing a field watch without a date complication. The flat end-link seems lazy to me, especially when the rubber is fitted. Silly.
@RelativeTime4 сағат бұрын
There will be two options for the bracelet. One flat, one fitted. They just happened to send me the flat one. Which gives you the option of putting it on other watches. Could come in handy if you like bronze, as there aren't many bronze bracelets out there.

Double A/R this time?
@RelativeTimeСағат бұрын
Double? From the original one? Not sure. I know it has some.

Great review as always. But I will never understand why people like Zelos designs. That bracelet is horrendous w/ flat end links.

There will be two different bracelet options. One flat, one fitted. They just happened to send me the flat ones. The advantage with those is that if you have other bronze watches you could use it there. As there aren't too many bronze bracelets around.

The yellow tipped seconds hand and text is such an eye sore. They stand out like a sore thumb and clash with the bronze.
