On average, class 3 teams are not as good as class 6 teams. Phoebus, arguably the best class 3 team in VA, is still no match for a heavy weight class 6 team like Oscar smith or other top class 6, 5 or 4 teams (like stone bridge (5), highland springs (5), green run (5), Maury (5), battlefield (6), Broad run (4), James Madison (6), freedom.
