Earlier I watched a video of Kiyv and heard the loud "whoomph". You might invest in one of those "Insta pot" gizmos, they're handy to use, keep food hot as long as there's power. I cook lots of Venison. Be sure to add some acidics like wine or vinigar that helps tenderize the meat. If you break a leg down to the individual muscle groups, top round, bottom round, eye of round, It will fit in a crock pot well, and adding potatoes and barely makes a wonderful irish stew. 8 hours A teaspoon of wourcheshire sauce adds depth.
