I would like to make a special mention to Himeko as the leading lady in this story. Not only is she a mainstay in PF but she's been able to keep up with the pace of the meta by turning herself into a Break DPS in a Superbreak team. SB Himeko is actually very strong, she dishes out consistent SB damage that allows her to compete with Firefly or Rappa.. or even they synergize together. 2.7 is honestly a Godsend for Erudition mains. JY gets Sunday and Himeko and Rappa gets Fugue.

And don't forget she also takes advantage of FUA meta (ie: Robin teams) I run mine on a hybrid crit+break build and she has been clearing every type of endgame Crazy to think how future proofed she would turn out to be after being slandered since day 1

@@danielcarrilho5217 RIGHT!? I've always loved Himeko. Lost my first 50/50 to her and said "I will build you regardless of how shit you are, my queen." Built her and Herta strictly for Calyx farming and now they are the best DPS in Pure Fiction! T0 even amongst limited characters. Himeko's kit is generally REALLY versatile you can literally slot her in a lot of teams

Except those buffs are just indirect and because he only has few support options from the start. Bronya literally can't buff lightning lord. Fu Xuan is the only really great buff for him, the rest are just minimal buff or in the case of Robin is just because she's broken. On the other hand Sunday is the actual buff who can x2 the DPS of pre Sunday Jing Yuan. He is the solution to all of his problems. What Sunday offers 1. Good uptime on his buffs so he can buff every abilities of JY including LL. Contrary to Bronya. 2. 100% AA compared to Sparkle's 50% 3. Ult recharge (Sunday is basically literally Bronya + Tingyun in one character, which was JY BiS support in 1.x) 4. You can also now run other sustains for him because Sunday has cleanse + 20% Crit rate more than what Fu Xuan provides. 5. Lastly the biggest buff he Received is the advancing of Lightning Lord, this is what JY mains demanded ever since because LL is too slow and just attacks once in a cycle.

Jing Yuans’s a funny erudition unit, because consistently, ever since I got him in 1.0, I’ve used him more often in MoC and AS than Pure Fiction. And I am sure that’ll be even more true with Sunday. LL works best in blast, afterall

I'm very excited for the new Herta because I'm just utterly disgusted at the drought of ice characters that has been the 2.x patches. And since the new Herta will be Erudition, my main concern is that she'll be relegated to being a PF slave. But if the early leaks are anything to go by, she primarily does blast damage with her skill much like QQ does with her enhanced basic atk. Plus, if true Herta is an emanator, she needs to be Acheron tier in all game modes. It would be insulting otherwise. lol

Even then, it was unclear whether black swan was implying that the jing yuan is the emanator or the lightning lord is. If you could get me a better source it would be most helpful, thank you.

jing yuan isn't an emanator, the generals are comparable to the ten stone hearts when it comes to power level. just like diamond is the only emanator in the stone hearts, the marshall is the only emanator in that group.

Why should she be a pf slave? The latest 2 erudition units arent pf slaves either, especially rappa is probably better in moc than she is in pf.

@@joey-desu Jade is better overall in PF compared to the other modes. But in the current state of the game, Rappa is competitive in all 3 endgame modes. But that's why I hope they keep this this trend when The Herta is finally here.

I wish the reworked the old Limited Characters into a new Path or a new version somehow like they are doing with some of the 4 Star, I am a new player and I do like the earlier stories characters the most (specially the Astral Express Ones) but is sad when they are bad :S

Even in story everyone does its own thing and he's like "i knew it and planned it" next patch content creators will be jing yuan is broken

"Jing yuan will be trash again when other summon characters release" yeah...so will Fexiao, Acheron and Firefly when other 5 star dps of their units, release and trust it won't be long. People really think Jing yuan is the only one who has problems just because its was more quicker than the others. They really don't know what hoyo is capable of lol
