Hi Ali, I still remember your video about 40 min long about talking about what you wanna do with your business, and thinking about delegating more. But I commented in there that we are here (or I am here) because of you, the moment that you start putting other people in you main channel and not you, you will lost audience and is obvious, we are here because of you, your honesty, your vibe, your history, your way of thinking, I dont care what think your best employee top notch about rabbit, or other productivity stuff and also imagining that maybe you will tell exactly same thing but even so will not be the same. So I think that your move must be become ultra lean, and continue doing 2 things, your main channel and deep dive (kind of chris williamson) and nothing more, maybe aside another book but nothing more, no app, no courses, maybe 1 course and thats it, but become lean, now you have to make a lot money to the obligation of paying good salaries (because I imagine that thats the case), and the office and fancy things, maybe 1 year retirements in a cool house in the woods with the team but honestly the mission is not so profound to anyone because is around you and thats fine, totally fine, let's be honest, people are learning a lot around you but they are there not because of the mission, instead they are because of the learning and beign around also cool people. In the near future their will be a lot of courses of productivity, of become a youtuber, and many of your audience dont have money because they aren't productive yet, I remember the history that hormozi talks about a friend selling courses to improve your resume, but if you need a resume it's because you dont have a job therefore no money, so your target audience was bad. Became ultra lean, 2 channels a put your focus on deep dive, delivering a ton of value, and in there with your money and savings of beign lean there will be a lot of opportunities so that the stream of income will less be dependant of you, and so, you will only enjoy beign a host of a great podcast and be relief of many of the problem that you have (also you have to imagine that you dont have a co founder, so you are kind of alone), but you will take off the pressure of making money to pay 20 people that are overwhelm with things. For me it's simple, continue focusing on the things you are good and its beign in front of a camera talking completly honest, do that in a lean way and opportunities of making money will come, and I imagine that will be with the expansion of your network cause of the podcast and another serendipity moment. And I think that the answer of why one cannot do too many things or a startup, or company, it's because that to make something great you need someone in the back that has a lot of heart to make that a reality, that is the reason why so many not tech people with money came up with and idea for an app and it doesn't work as it expected, maybe the app will have all the features that was supppose to have, but why it doesn't grow? because there is nobody working day and night to make that happen, the developer will do only the things that is pay for and nothing more. And that will repeat with and app, or hardware. Great products have always someone with an inmense will and his full heart pushing 24/7 just like you in the early days, just like an entrepreneur giving it all, thats why a david can beat a goliat, with heart and passion. The best to you, and again, you are the product and your unique, there is no finish line, continue doing this for another 10 years is an easy with your mindset and will be more enojoyable in your new lean approach. Whish you the best!

That makes so much sense around making PTYA a “KZbinr Productivity/Accountability Course” rather than it being about the information. I love how you both moved towards that conclusion. Thank you for sharing this Eric and Ali 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻

Love the part where his coach points out "I know when you've been to an event" 😂 because you come back with all these ideas! - it doesn't help though when you come back from an event and actively go around the car and rip the wheels off". And that Ali was able to laugh at himself too - fabulous real life discussion 👏🏽 Tq for being so transparent about business revenue and the challenges you face, this was worth a masterclass in business scaling.

Creatorprenuer (or however you spelt it) was an incredibly helpful series. I really liked Eric’s idea of a product suite which helps the online creator business person. Education, community, productivity, calls etc would be next level helpful. In the words of Dan Priestley, consider me a warm lead on that one

If you don't relaunch the YTA, I'll be very sad. I'm applying for a grant to help build my system to get info out to patients with a high risk for cancer using YT, a web page, and a newsletter. I was hoping to use part of it to join YTA.

Why not bolt on your Productivity Course in Beta, at a lower cost, to your YTA community to A. Help them and B. Get feedback in how it could improve. Refine it through that process, get users reviews and launch it to a different type of audience as productivity is applicable to anything.

You don't think selling information has a MOAT for the eyoutube academy, and therefore want to kill it. But then you want to create the productivity lab where information is also the the product. 🤔

Should go all in on the productivity lab, it's where your heart is. Your youtube path aligns with your goals financially but not emotionally. The coach seems biased because he went through your programs and enjoyed your programs. If you go by numbers you will find a reason to delay what you know will ultimately fulfill you, and each day you not working in alignment with your true self will become increasingly burdensome to bear.

The audio sounds super weird. Both WAY too bass heavy and also tin like on the high end with what feels like a digital echo. Honestly sounds like I am listening to two robots talking via old blown out speakers.
