This walking meditation is one of the best way for a western person to meditate. To slow down the constant moving of the daily running around, and still meditate. You are such a beautiful person and a great tutor. Heart felt thanks to you. I live in a constant war zone, so this meditation is the best way to calm down. Bless you.
