Learn to control your awareness and create the life you want with my Unwavering Focus course: dandapani.org/unwavering-focus-2/

Adding to it, chatter also happens if we are overloading our senses with information, reading, music, eating, and listening to people around us all at the same time. If we just try to cut down on the multitasking activities and stick to one focus activity. Helps to process information more clearly leaving less baggage for the subconscious to process.

I got upset today hard to explain, and i know my awareness was on the area of my mind where its not suppose to be i knew this because i learned it from you. Its really amazing when you know how your mind works its like your advantage over others who dont know how .It took me a while to move my awareness but able to move it and im aware that i need to move my awareness to the happy area of the mind where it should be. Ive been practicing concentration for a while and i always put in my mind that practice rewire your subconcious good or bad practice. I have a better relationship with my work, wife and 2 kids and able to do more stuff now . My will power has grown and i know this because i have been handling work, family and house work sufficiently which i struggle before. Im Glad i bought your app since it first came out. Best investment ever.

Anyone who thinks abt she has asked on multi-tasking, She didn't asked him about how to manage multi-tasking or asking tips about multi-tasking. Please check again, she has asked about focusing, there are so many things running in her mind, want to do many things, want to do this and that, when your to do list is more or desires / wishes are more, you can't focus on one particular thing continuously, your mind won't be satisfied even if you pick one thing and completely dedicating time on it, you still bother about all other things too. So he is saying work on satisfying the subconscious by talking to yourself what you want the most / accept the fact that you can't do 2 or 3 things at a time or think about them at a time (Ex: she is working out in gym and she desires to learn yoga as well but she has only 1 hr in whole day to to dedicate time on gym / yoga, so she has pick only one for sure), assume if you do or think 2 or 3 things or multi-tasking at a time, thats not completely focused / that's not called perfect output too. There is nothing out in this world as multi-tasking, if it is there then it is with a combo offer of not having 100% perfection/output. If you want one thing to have perfect output / complete one task, you shouldn't have even subconscious thoughts/bothering in mind about something else. The solution is to be focused and decide what you want and what you are more desirable. You must have to filter it. Either goya / gym one only has to be choosen/shortlisted. "There's alot to work inside our mind by self talking to get clarity and for outside results" Solution 1: Filtering /finding/knowing which is more desirable or wanted and don't bother abt the other thing. Finding yoga is more interested then she has to shortlist it and don't bother about dropping about gym, then the subconscious mind will work and program it and allow your concious mind to don't bother at all about not gng to gym. Solution 2: for someone who wants to learn many things or do many things, still there is a way, 2 months yoga and then next 2 months gym. Having unwavering focus and self satisfaction, then only she can give her 100% in those 2 months of learning gym / yoga, becaz she has decided to learn the other thing later her subconscious mind won't bother of left task. Finally you must decide whether you want to be jack of all and master of none / nothing of all but undoubtedly master of one thing. Most successful people are nothing of all but undoubtedly master of one thing from Bruce lee - Mohammad Ali - Bolt - Sachin Tendulkar - AR Rahman etc list is soo on. He has explained this kind of same questions in much better way in other videos. I will share the link below. BTW her voice is so clear and awesome tone😃😍😬😉

There is one method that can help clear the running thoughts out of our minds. It is to write down whatever is in head at the moment, most preferably at the start of the day : Morning when you wake up. This may prove to be helpful as it removes those unwanted / not required thoughts. You can compare it to a computer - While you have more number of programs open, it tends to be slowing down the computer but closing them can make way to much better performance. Definitely this is not the best way to combat the problem. This practice with Appropriate meditation can really result what we aimed to. :)

Indeed a very good question out there. I'm sure many of us can resonate with it totally. I wake up thinking about so many things like this overload of information (thoughts) of past(eg- last night party or booze or the dream i saw while i was asleep and trying to make sense of it) and future( eg- i need to get ready n rush for work). So yeah.. waking up in the present and thinking about the past or the future thoughts in play and also the urge of doing it all. You can't be thinking about the present and past thoughts together or present and future thoughts together as you're living it(present). If you're thinking abt the present then you're aware of that moment. I.e. the feeling during that moment and the thought during that moment. It could be in the present moment; you'd be thinking about your past/ future and therefore not thinking about the present. Plus once i get up from the bed more information starts to kick in - like if i check the phone and notifications and news emails.. be it whatever. So it basically starts to pile up. And the question was on about how to focus while all this is happening. If I've got it right.. i assume.. :) so first u need to decide - what do you want to focus on? Either u prioritize ur tasks and plan up that this is what i need to get done priority wise.. or in a pre planned way. I.e. plan is already made in advance like a day before. Like tomm i will wake up at this time and get this task done or meet a deadline. Or if a routine follower then you pretty much have the idea of what you'd be doing at what time and if you're not a routine follower and flexible type to go with flow, then just see what comes ur way ..observe and manage ur thoughts and actions accordingly. And then get ur awareness to those thoughts that u want to see results of. So focus is like narrowing of ur awareness to a particular thought. It's like opening a folder and digging deeper into the sub folders. So the deeper u dig , more is ur focus. Eg - there's so many thoughts (folders) .. the lady referred as tabs of KZbin, spotify, past conversations , future conversations.. So u can guide ur awareness to any thought- (open any folder) and dig deeper in any thought (open sub folders) and then focus on it. Eg . You thinking of KZbin, then further thinking either watch a music video or watch a subscribed channel or something from the KZbin recommendations and so on you dig deeper and deeper. So you're concentrating ur awareness to certain thoughts leading to certain actions. What you think, you become :) Hope this makes sense. God Bless.

i also would ad to that. that tv and using technology without ever giving your mind many breaks and by not fasting from tv and the internet could increase your mind chatter and i think fasting from the internet and videos could help the mind to relax. like turning off the technology 2 hours before bed and 2 hours when waking up. also i find when you have many thoughts flowing thought your mind to just let them flow but also learn from the situations in your mind like dandapani said. also if you can turn off commercials that would be good. i use ad blockers because i dont nee all these commercials being bombarded in my brain.

True that bro. When i try sleeping in the night my mind goes through many things. I don't even care abt them yet my mind keeps on playing them and my sleep time is delayed by an hour atleast and I have started seeing the same pattern. Technology enables us to watch too many things and this info is surely unprocessed.bcoz we jst take it and don't really knw what to do of it. Even I have started practicing fasting from tech. It really helps.

Do meditation for that 1 hour before you exercise. Focus on your breath. All thoughts will come and go in your mind but still focus on your breath. I would prefer to do anuloma viloma. It would surely calm down your mind. Hope that my advice was useful to you. Have a wonderful life ahead 😊

Any suggestions on clearing subconscious issues that are not able to be resolved like a confusing rejection or a out of the blue breakup?
@nirmalsadhwani98944 жыл бұрын
There is one thing which i do when i realise that indeed there are some unresolved issues bothering me. The issues are professional, academic as well as personal at times. I have a self talk regarding that issue till i could finally have them resolved in mind. It involves me talking to myself what that experience was, does it deserves so much importance, what kind of impact does it has in long term and what lesson did that experience offer. I also accept that what was wrong on my part and how overthinking about that hinders me to manifest the life I want. You could even write instead of having a talk in your personal diary. You are free to look for any other exercise that could help you I am not a monk like my teacher Dandapani, I am just a student of life who is sharing his own experience with another student facing a problem I have already faced and still do. All the best.
