A Capacitive Keyboard? Realforce TKL unboxing first impressions

Lets do an unboxing & first impressions look at the RealForce Japanese capacitive keyboard (R2TLS USV BK) manufactured by Topre corporation.
The made-in-Japan Capacitive Keyboard features what they call ten key less (TKL), a very unique key actuation mechanism unlike found on convention rubber dome keyboard and even mechanical cherry MX keyboards. The result is a very precise keyboard with very smooth actuation, ideal for gaming and long periods of typing.
