It's quite simple to understand for someone wanting to learn how to prepare and bake the fruit cake. Very good tutorial. The color is amazing, the texture is beautiful looking. I love a chunky fruit cake. I do chunky fruits for my black cake and add some cherries too. Back home I added peanuts to my black cake. That fruit cake is a big hit! I'll take my share with a cup of tea 🍵😋

How do you stop the fruit from sinking to the bottom of the cake when it's cooking?

Because the fruit is blended it didn’t sink to the bottom. If you are using whole fruits coat it in flour before adding it to the mixture 👍
