Keep going bro! Starve the compulsions! Always say "maybe. maybe not" to those bullying thoughts! God bless you bro! I prayed for you! Jesus loves you!

Good video. My twist is that the questioning is not about my partner, but internal. Ie something feels wrong, im not happy, i need to leave. Its about my partner as an entity rather than a person.

9:41 holy shit this part! i have been dealing with grief and mourning over a friend breakup i caused due to my untreated ocd FOUR years ago and it still haunts me. i have a lot of guilt because i know it’s not fair to new relationships that i still think about them. this made me realize it’s not just mourning but an inverted part of the ocd cycle and i feel like i have a whole new approach to how i deal with this now

Close friendships can feel similar, different intrusive thoughts but same line.
