I’m totally hyped to see this film. I’m a huge Bob Dylan fan and I was a little hesitant when I heard Timothée Chalamet was cast. I gotta admit; after seeing this trailer I’m totally hyped. This kid; looks to be an amazing actor. I loved the mijo in the Dune movies and O really think he’s gonna totally rock it as Bob Dylan. Peace and love from Southern California 😎🕺

Not only was Bob Dylan born in 1941, but he first arrived in Greenwich Village NYC in January 1961. I enjoyed your reactions to the film but, as a Boomer, I have to ask, how do you guys not know this information? It's all public knowledge, just a Google search away.

I don't believe you should have the permission from the artist to do a biopic about them. There is nothing preventing them from sugar coating what their life was like. There is also nothing preventing them from presenting that things were worse than they actually were. I thought the Freddie Mercury movie suffered greatly from this. They weren't willing to show all of the wild stuff he was into and the movie greatly suffered because his estate and the band wanted to sugar coat everything. It's journalistic integrity.
