A cozy drawing session + chat about how to find yourself in loneliness💭

If you’re feeling lonely, use this as an opportunity to lean into the things that make you YOU, without the expectations and influence from others.
It’s about pursuing the things that feel meaningful to you, and becoming more whole in the process. So try to notice, what makes you feel most alive? Most yourself? Most excited?
And then make a point of doing these things more, even when you don’t feel like it. Especially when you don’t feel like it! And I promise you, life will start to feel a bit more colorful and ok again.
We struggle with being alone because we’re confronted with only ourselves, who we really are. Not the persona or the mask we pretend to be, and get validation from through others. But, if you don’t like what’s underneath that mask it can be a tricky time. So embrace it, get to know yourself, try to be intentional about who you are, and eventually, you will find comfort in your solitude.
And once you’re comfortable with being alone, the whole world will open up to you✨
