Really enjoying your 2023 trip videos. H&C certainly more family friendly than the old one in Vallejo :) Last time I was in Guam was when the Marines were planning to move there. I read that only 5000 ended up being stationed there but with dependents that's a lot more residents on a small island. Did you notice an effect of this? Are the locals happy?

Funny thing is, I worked at H&C before, when it was more of a party bar and then through the transition to a more family friendly restaurant vibe. It was an adjustment but it was definitely more fun as a party bar haha! I didn't really get to ask around about that development, but last I heard was that they would start moving numbers there in 2024. I could be wrong, but at least when I visit back again next year I should be able to get more info!
