I'm also a model, but rather at the start of my career. I was scouted when I was 14, and been in the agency ever since then. Now I'm 17 and doing like my first jobs and shows. I can relate with you so much, it feels very nice to model and you have opportunities other people won't get(obviously it's also good wages), but on the other side I always have that kind of pressure what people expect from me, like how I look like and what I do. Thanks, as always a beautiful video. About coronavirus, the tips for immune system are several. Wash often your hands. Include vitamins in your diet using supplements. Try to avoid bad fats prefering whole carbs. Keep being positive. Avoid crowded places. For exemple here in Italy we are literally locked at home, going out only for supermarket as less as possible. Crazy situation, we hope to be out soon and that on our exemple the other Western countries will avoid to be hitten as hard as us.

Beyond burgers definitely aren't as healthy as eating fresh whole foods, but it's a great option when you're craving a burger but don't want to eat meat! It's still healthier than a regular beef burger and has plenty of protein :)

The trick to buying matcha latte/frap (or any drinks really) at Starbucks is to ask them how many pumps of syrup they put in the drink. Typically in my country they put 4 pumps (yikes) for a grande, and 5 (!) for a venti. I usually ask for two pumps with almond milk, and none with soy - which I highly recommend btw!

Unfortunately for matcha at starbucks, at least in America, the matcha powder itself is mixed with sugar. So it just comes that sweet even if you ask for no sweetener. :( Also, their non-dairy milks are the sweetened versions.
