RECIPES from the video...
Waffles:
-2/3 cup (80g) flour
-1 TBSp protein powder or more flour
-1/2 cup (125ml) plant milk
-1/2 Tbsp baking powder
-sweetener of your choice
MIX/BAKE in a hot waffle iron
Single serve cinnamon roll:
-1/2 cup (65g) flour
-1 TSP baking powder
-3 TBSP plant milk
KNEAD and ROLL out
Filling:
-1 TBSP almond butter
-a bit cinnamon sugar
SPREAD on the dough/ROLL it up/BAKE at 180c/360f for 7-10mins

I love to see how you repurpose foods you have leftover into something else like you did with the cashew cream cheese! That’s so creative. I would love to see more recipes on spreads, sauces, marinades, etc. like the cashew cream cheese and your sundried tomato spread that people who are working or at school can use to whip up something quick like a beyond burger, veggie sandwich, or just a sauce to throw over some sort of stir fry!

I want to eat healthy and more cruelty free but it is so expensive where I live 😭 I try to workout and eat healthy as much as I could! If you love dates with peanut butter and/or snickers, a fun idea is to fill you date with peanut butter, put some melted vegan chocolate over it and if you like those, some small cut nuts and then put those in the freezer for a while. They taste really amazing, almost like real snickers!!

I had no idea you could eat persimmon skins. I always just scoop the inside out. I only tried them for the first time last year and they're so yummy!

Did U used brown flour because I used brown flour and it looked like that . It’s different from making with white flour. I like using brown more. As for my ED I prefer wholemeal

Abs are very much about genetics. Even if you're very trained and have low body fat it's possible to not have a clear six pack

I don't know why but it bothers me when people take great care of their body but not their nails/hands...why go to all that effort for one and not also do the other?

Looooolllll. First of all, you will get an insane amount of illnesses like diabetes and die sooner if u don't take of ur body. Whilst if ur nails aren't trimmed/painted, who gives a f lol, certainly not your health/longevity
