Chef Christoffer finally! It’s so enjoyable to see his cooking skills (esp the onion chopping) in the spacious kitchen. He is such a clean and tidy chef; always cleaning up and keeping stuff away on the go. I find that therapeutic. Is he typically like that? My favorite cod I cook with breadcrumbs sprinkled on top of cod then add shaved almonds on top. Bake in oven until done crumbs and almonds are a little toasty. Great with lemon salt ,pepper or butter. Delicious!!!

It's so cute how Christoffer humors you, no matter what you do. His cooking demonstration was great - I might try the same method with salmon. I always brown it and add teriyaki sauce, but the coating looks good, too. I missed his joke about the "precious part." It must have been good.😬

In Newfoundland Canada we love our pan fried cod. If you ever get a chance to visit Newfoundland (which I think you and Christopher would LOVE it) you must be screeched in. It's a tradition to "kiss the cod" 😃
