The site is a bomb site! Old broken tiles and debris everywhere, charge the client extra and clean it up first before trying to build through that rubbish! Safety hazard waiting to happen.

Yeah it wasn’t great. I was happy to spend a day cleaning it but they wanted to get labourers in instead (which they did the next day and now the sites spotless)

How come all the broken tiles still in the roof, and old timber all over the ground never just gets cleaned up? Seems you spend time each day moving it around.

@@rich3781 I’d love to clean it, but I’m doing this job being paid hourly and been asked to do the carpentry side of things and leaving the mess for labourers to come in
