The site is a bomb site! Old broken tiles and debris everywhere, charge the client extra and clean it up first before trying to build through that rubbish! Safety hazard waiting to happen.

Yeah it wasn’t great. I was happy to spend a day cleaning it but they wanted to get labourers in instead (which they did the next day and now the sites spotless)

I have worked in building in a few a states in Aus and every video you post have the most unsafe and dirty sites. Why is the organisation so bad in Melbourne?

How come all the broken tiles still in the roof, and old timber all over the ground never just gets cleaned up? Seems you spend time each day moving it around.
